Hummus bi tahini
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- fresh lemon juice - 1/2 c
- tahini - 1/2 c
- liquid - 2 cans
- clove garlic, mashed - 1 item
How to make hummus bi tahini:
Put all ingredients into a food processor with a metal blade. Process to make a smooth paste. Add additional liquid, if needed. Serve in bowl with pita wedges.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Chickpeas/garbanzos, Spreads.
