Ingredients/Components
- salt to taste - 1 item
- to 3 cloves garlic - 2 item
- ground cumin optional - 1/2 tsp
- tahini sesame paste; unprepared - 1/2 c
- cans chickpeas, drained - 2 item
- to 3 lemons juiced or lime juiced - 2 item
How to make hummus bi tahini:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor to a creamy paste. Add water or more lemon juice if dip feels too thick. Pour into serving dishes. Garnish with whole chickpeas and fresh parsley.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Chickpeas/garbanzos, Spreads.
