Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- applesauce - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- chopped green onions - 2 item
- hoisin sauce - 3 Tbsp
- horseradish - 1/2 tsp
- clove minced garlic - 1 item
- cooking sherry - 1 Tbsp
- jar apricot jam - 1 oz
- family pack chicken wings - 1 item
- Five Spice - 1/4 tsp
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Chop off and discard bony tip of chicken wing. Cut remaining piece in two. Mix all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, covered.
