  • water - 1/2 c
  • honey - 1/4 c
  • applesauce - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1/4 c
  • chopped green onions - 2 item
  • hoisin sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • horseradish - 1/2 tsp
  • clove minced garlic - 1 item
  • cooking sherry - 1 Tbsp
  • jar apricot jam - 1 oz
  • family pack chicken wings - 1 item
  • Five Spice - 1/4 tsp

How to make chinese chicken wings:

Chop off and discard bony tip of chicken wing. Cut remaining piece in two. Mix all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, covered. Remove wings and put in single layers in casserole dishes. Baste and brown on
