  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • pinch of dry herbs - 1 item

How to make creamy garlic dressing:

Put minced garlic, 1/3 of the sour cream, vegetable oil, vinegar, herbs and mayonnaise in blender and mix at high speed. (Use electric mixer if you have no blender.) Empty blender contents into bowl and add remaining sour cream. Blend with wooden spoon until just mixed. Chill if desired.
