Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 6 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- grits uncooked
How to make grits casserole:
Cook grits, water and salt 5 minutes or until thick and bubbling. While hot, add Velveeta, margarine, seasoned salt and Tabasco sauce. When cool, add the well beaten eggs. Pour into two 8 x 8-inch or one 9 x 15-inch greased casserole. Bake at 375°Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Casseroles.
