Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 6 c
  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • eggs, well beaten - 3 item
  • Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
  • grits uncooked

How to make grits casserole:

Cook grits, water and salt 5 minutes or until thick and bubbling. While hot, add Velveeta, margarine, seasoned salt and Tabasco sauce. When cool, add the well beaten eggs. Pour into two 8 x 8-inch or one 9 x 15-inch greased casserole. Bake at 375°
