Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- hot water
- warm water - 1 c
- honey - 1/2 c
- yeast - 2 Tbsp
- white flour - 7 c
How to make hot rolls:
Pour hot water into a large bowl, then add salt, butter and honey. Stir until the butter is melted. Cool slightly. Put yeast into 1 cup of warm water. Add it to the ingredients in the large bowl. Work in the flour until the dough is firm enough to knead. Knead 5 to 10 minutes. Put dough in greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Punch the dough, divide it and shape.
