Hot fudge pudding cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- hot water
- melted shortening - 2 Tbsp
How to make hot fudge pudding cake:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa together. Stir in milk and shortening; mix until smooth. Add nuts. Spread in a greased 8 x 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with combined brown sugar and cocoa. Pour hot water on top. Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes. Serve upside down while hot.
