Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1/4 c
- unsifted flour
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- soft margarine - 1/2 c
- nuts if desired - 1 c
- finely shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Cream the margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk; stir well. Mix all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
