  • unsweetened chocolate - 2 sq
  • milk, scalded - 4 c
  • marshmallows or whipped cream - 1 item

How to make hot chocolate:

Scrape chocolate squares fine; mix with water, milk and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Whip with eggbeater until light and fluffy. Serve with marshmallows or cream.
