  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • shortening - 1 c
  • yeast - 1 pkg
  • mashed potatoes
  • milk, scalded - 2 c
  • flour to make soft dough - 1 item

How to make potato doughnuts:

Mix all together; add flour to make a soft dough. Let rise then roll out and cut. Let rise again. Fry in shortening at 350°.
