Ingredients/Components
- sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- celery, diced - 2 c
- cooked chicken, diced - 4 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- crushed potato chips - 1 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients, except last two (soup and chips); put in a 3-quart casserole dish. Spread evenly with chicken soup; bake at 320° for 20 minutes. Add crumbled chips; return to oven for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
