  • cooked, chopped chicken - 3 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • crushed potato chips - 2 c
  • boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item

How to make chicken and rice casserole:

Combine all ingredients and sprinkle potato chips evenly on top. Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12.
