Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- toasted almonds - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- celery, diced - 2 c
- cooked, cubed chicken - 2 c
- onion, grated - 2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Toss lightly. Bake in a shallow dish. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375°. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
