Ingredients/Components

  • chicken, boiled and cut up - 1 item
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 pkg
  • chopped celery
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • chicken broth - 1 item

How to make hot chicken salad:

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread in pan the stuffing mix. Add chicken broth to moisten well. Mix other ingredients together. Spread on top of stuffing and bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or top browns good.
