Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- diced onion - 4 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise
- hard boiled eggs, chopped - 6 item
- slivered almonds - 4 oz
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- cooked, diced chicken - 2 c
- soup can of milk - 1 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly and top is browned.This dish is very good as a "left-over" hot or cold.
