Karen's chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- or 4 chicken breasts - 3 item
- can cream of chicken - 1 item
How to make karen's chicken casserole:
Boil chicken breasts in salted water. Boil for 30 to 40 minutes, then remove from water and break into pieces. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken with chicken breasts and put in casserole dish. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Break up crackers and put on top. Bake another 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Chicken, Casseroles.
