Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 3 item
- raw rice - 1 c
- frying chicken, cut up - 1 item
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Shake chicken in mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Melt margarine in shallow 2-quart baking dish in 400° oven. Put chicken skin side down in dish and bake 20 minutes. Remove chicken and put 2 to 3 cups boiling water in dish with remaining ingredients. Mix well and arrange chicken skin side up on top. Bake in oven 40 minutes longer. Sprinkle with paprika.
