  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • can chopped green chilies - 4 oz
  • Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb

How to make hot cheese squares:

Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk. Add green chilies and cheeses. Pour into well-greased 8 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; cut into squares.
