Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/3 c
- dry white wine - 1/2 c
- stick sharp natural Cheddar cheese - 1 oz
- can crab meat, flaked and cartilage removed - 1 1/2
How to make hot cheese and crab dip:
Cut cheeses in small pieces; combine in a saucepan with milk. Stir over low heat until cheeses melt. Stir in wine and crab; heat through. Serve in chafing dish with Shredded Wheat wafers. Makes 3 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Side dish.
