Hot artichoke and cheese dip
Ingredients/Components
- bread crumbs
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1/2 item
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1 c
- Mozzarella, shredded - 8 oz
- butter in pieces - 2 Tbsp
- can non-marinated artichokes, drained and chopped - 1 oz
- mayo Kraft - 1 c
How to make hot artichoke and cheese dip:
Topping:2 Tbsp. bread crumbs2 Tbsp. butter (in pieces) Drain and chop artichokes. Add rest and place on 8-inch round or square baking dish. Top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
