Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 4 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 4 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- raisins - 1 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make honey bun cake:
Combine first five ingredients and mix well. Pour one half of the batter in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Combine raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 2/3 of the cinnamon mixture onto the batter in the pan. Pour the remaining batter into the pan, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon mixture. Swirl a knife through the batter to slightly mix. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes. Combine the powdered sugar, vanilla and milk and pour over cake while hot. Cake can be warmed in a microwave oven or refrigerated overnight and baked in the morning.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
