Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 tsp
- oil - 3/4 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- pecans, optional - 1/2 c
- buttermilk or sweet milk with 1 Tbsp - 1 c
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan
- Sprinkle over top of cake mixture; swirl through cake mixture
How to make honey bun cake:
Mix well all above ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.Topping:1 c. brown sugar3 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. pecans, optional Mix. Sprinkle over top of cake mixture; swirl through cake mixture. bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. milk Mix until thick liquid.
