Rhubarb pudding
Ingredients/Components
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- cup flour - 1-1/4 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- cup milk - 1/2 item
- cup boiling water - 1 item
- cup white sugar - 1 item
- butter--heaping - 1 Tbsp
- cups finely cut rhubarb - 3 item
How to make rhubarb pudding:
Cream butter and 1 cup sugar. Add egg, milk, baking powder, flour and salt. Mix well and put in bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan.Put in bowl rhubarb, 1 cup sugar and boiling water. Stir well and pour on top of batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
