Ingredients/Components

  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • cup flour - 1-1/4 item
  • cup sugar - 1 item
  • cup milk - 1/2 item
  • cup boiling water - 1 item
  • cup white sugar - 1 item
  • butter--heaping - 1 Tbsp
  • cups finely cut rhubarb - 3 item

How to make rhubarb pudding:

Cream butter and 1 cup sugar. Add egg, milk, baking powder, flour and salt. Mix well and put in bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan.

Put in bowl rhubarb, 1 cup sugar and boiling water. Stir well and pour on top of batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
