  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
  • whole milk - 2 c
  • block sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 item

How to make homemade macaroni and cheese:

Boil box of Mueller's elbows until noodles are well done. Drain; cut up block of sharp Cheddar cheese. Mix sharp Cheddar cheese, butter, pepper, salt, 1/2 package of Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 package of Cheddar cheese and two cups of whole milk. Preheat oven to 350°. After well mixed, pour into a square baking dish. Put the rest of the package of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese on top (sprinkle). Put in oven and let bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown. Enjoy!
