Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- water - 2 c
- soft butter - 3 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, minced - 1 item
- dried parsley - 1/4 c
- dried chives - 1/4 c
- instant mashed potato flakes - 3 c
- sour cream cheese - 1 c
How to make company potatoes:
With an electric mixer, combine water, salt, butter, milk, potato flakes, cream cheese, sour cream, onion, egg, parsley and dried chives. Mix well. Fold in Cheddar cheese. Turn mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
