Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 lb
- egg yolks - 3 item
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
How to make hollandaise sauce:
Cut butter in 4 or 5 pieces. Put in top of double boiler with egg yolks and lemon juice. Let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour or more. Just before serving, heat over gently boiling water 1 1/2 minutes, stirring briskly with wooden spoon.
