- t salt - 1/2 item
- T butter or margarine - 4 item
- T flour - 4 item
How to make white sauce:
Melt butter or margarine in saucepan. Blend in flour to make a smooth paste. Add milk and salt. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, until thick and smooth. NOTE: Sauce can be used as a base for many other sauces such as cheese sauce or addRecipe categories: Grains, Sauces, Condiments, etc..
