Ingredients/Components

  • small container sour cream - 1 item
  • small chopped onion optional - 1 item
  • to 6 large pork chops, browned and cut into bite-sized pieces - 4 item
  • to 3 peeled and sliced medium potatoes - 2 item
  • to 2 depending on desired consistency cans cream of mushroom soup - 1 item

How to make pork chop casserole:

Brown and cut chops. Peel and slice potatoes. Layer potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover this layer with pork chop pieces. Mix together in a bowl sour cream and soup. Pour over chops. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. If onion is used, layer on top of chops and before pouring on the soup mixture.
