Ingredients/Components
- beef cubes - 1 lb
- to 6 medium potatoes, cut in chunks - 4 item
- can drained - 3 large
- flour - 2 4
- water - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make beef stew:
Place meat, vegetables, salt and pepper in pressure cooker or saucepan; cover with water. Pressure cook for 20 to 30 minutes or boil until tender. Mix flour and water in a bowl. Bring meat mixture back to a boil. Slowly add flour mixture (using a strainer) until desired consistency.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
