Herbed pork medallions
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dried thyme - 1/2 tsp
- dried tarragon - 1/2 tsp
- pork tenderloin - 1 1/2
How to make herbed pork medallions:
Cut pork into 1/2 inch slices and pound to flatten. Combine butter and garlic powder; brush over pork. Combine seasonings; sprinkle over pork. Place the two greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pans. Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 5 minutes; turn and broil 3 minutes longer. Brush with honey; broil for 1 minute or until meat juices run clear.
