Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • package frozen chopped spinach, drained - 1 item

How to make spinach squares:

Mix together butter, eggs and milk. Set aside. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well and mix with grated cheese and onion. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and stir. Add spinach mixture. Pour into a 12 x 8 pan sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
