Herbed chicken
Ingredients/Components

- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dried oregano leaves - 1/4 tsp
- dried basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
- dried marjoram leaves - 1/4 tsp
- chickens - 2 (1
- large cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
How to make herbed chicken:
Cut chicken into pieces and remove skin. Heat butter and oil in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 375° in the oven until butter is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients (except chicken). Place chicken neatly sides down in pan turning to coat with herb mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes.
