Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- Feta cheese - 1/2 c
- tomato sauce - 1 can
- dried oregano leaves - 1/2 tsp
- dried basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
- dried marjoram leaves - 1/2 tsp
- whole tomatoes, undrained - 1 can
- large clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- cooked crabmeat or 1/2-inch pieces imitation crab - 2 c
- Stir in next 7 ingredients
How to make company crab casserole:
Cook and stir onion and garlic in oil in 3-quart saucepan until onion is tender. Stir in next 7 ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Make Lemon Oven Rice. Stir crabmeat and cheese into tomato mixture. Spoon over bakRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Crab.
