  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp

  • envelope garlic salad dressing mix - 1/2 item

How to make oven fried herb chicken:

Combine salad dressing mix, flour and salt in bowl. Blend in butter and lemon juice. Spread mixture evenly over top of chicken. Place skin-side up in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Yields 4 servings.
