Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 3 c
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- each: savory, thyme, rosemary and marjoram - 1/2 tsp
How to make herb rice:
Brown rice in margarine in heavy skillet, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer on low for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, White rice.
