Ingredients/Components
- cans chicken broth - 3 item
- parsley - 1 item
- rice, uncooked - 1 c
- celery, sliced - 1/2 c
- cooked chicken, cut in cubes - 1 c
- medium carrots, peeled and cut into slices - 2 item
How to make hearty chicken soup:
In large saucepot, combine chicken broth, carrots, celery and rice. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add cooked chicken and parsley to taste. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make, Soups & stews.
