Ingredients/Components
- cans chicken broth - 2 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- chicken breasts, cooked and cubed - 2 item
- can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained - 1 item
- uncooked long grain rice not instant - 1/2 c
How to make chicken and rice soup:
Combine rice and broth in 3 quart saucepan. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables, chicken and parsley. Heat thoroughly, stirring often. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
