Cheeseburger soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cans chicken broth - 3 item
- basil - 1 tsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- onion - 3/4 c
- potatoes, diced - 4 c
- ground chuck - 1/2 lb
- celery, sliced - 3/4 c
- Velveeta - 8 oz
- carrot, shredded - 3/4 c
How to make cheeseburger soup:
Brown meat, set aside. Saut?© onion, carrot and celery in 2 tablespoons margarine for about 10 minutes. Add chicken broth, potatoes and saut?©ed vegetables. Cook about 15 minutes until potatoes are done. Put 2 tablespoons margarine in skillet with 1/4 cup flour. Make a roux. Put in vegetables and meat.
