  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 1
  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • sugar, divided - 2/3 c
  • vanilla, divided - 2 tsp

How to make cheese cake:

In a bowl, combine crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix together. Pat into the bottom and sides of pan. Chill.

For the filling, beat cream cheese and eggs for 1 minute. Add 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Continue beating until well mixed. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool.

For topping, combine sour cream and remaining sugar and vanilla. Spread over cheese cake; return to oven for 10 minutes. Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
