Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 1
- sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- sugar, divided - 2/3 c
- vanilla, divided - 2 tsp
How to make cheese cake:
In a bowl, combine crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix together. Pat into the bottom and sides of pan. Chill.For the filling, beat cream cheese and eggs for 1 minute. Add 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Continue beating until well mixed. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool.
For topping, combine sour cream and remaining sugar and vanilla. Spread over cheese cake; return to oven for 10 minutes. Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
