Ingredients/Components
- frying chicken, cut up
- flour - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- unsweetened pineapple juice - 3/4 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1/4 c
- onion, finely chopped - 3 Tbsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, paprika and pepper. Coat chicken in flour mixture. Heat oven to 350°. Put butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and melt. Put floured chicken in pan, skin side down. Bake for 30 minutes. Mix together the pineapRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
