Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- instant vanilla pudding
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- coconut or chopped nuts - 1 item
How to make hawaiian cake:
Bake yellow cake according to directions in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool for 30 minutes. Cover with pineapple. Let juice saturate cake. Mix pudding according to directions. Let stand 4 or 5 minutes, then mix with cream cheese. Spread on top of pineapple. Cover with Cool Whip; top with coconut or nuts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Puddings and mousses.
