Hash brown quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- diced green pepper - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cooked ham, diced - 1 c
- frozen, loose pack, shredded hash browns, thawed - 3 c
How to make hash brown quiche:
Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press into bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Drizzle with butter and bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Combine the ham, cheese and green pepper and spoon over crust. In small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over all. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 to 30 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes and cut in wedges.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Potato.
