- sour cream - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- grated Parmesan - 2 Tbsp
- zucchini small to medium - 6 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cut zucchini in 1/2-inch slices. Simmer in water for 10 minutes. Place in an 8-inch casserole. Combine the sour cream, Cheddar cheese, butter and salt; heat until blended. Pour over zucchini. Combine bread crumbs and grated cheese; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
