Zucchini appetizers
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- thinly sliced or grated zucchini 2 small, unpeeled - 3 c
- mayonnaise or oregano - 1/2 tsp
How to make zucchini appetizers:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients and spread to edge of pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. While hot, cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces to make about 4 dozen. Serve hot. Can be made ahead. Bake only 15 minutes, then freeze.
