Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- diced green pepper - 1/4 c
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- diced cooked ham - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar - 1 c
- frozen loose-pack shredded hash browns, thawed - 3 c
How to make hash brown quiche:
Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press into the bottom and up sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Combine the ham, cheese and green pepper; spoon over crust.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Potato.
