Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- cracker crumbs
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 2 tsp
- shredded sharp cheese - 3/4 c
- zucchini, grated 2 1/2 c - 1 lb
How to make zucchini casserole:
Preheat oven to 325°. In small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter. Reserve 1/4 cup of the cracker mixture for topping. In medium bowl, stir together remaining cracker mixture, zucchini, cheese, egg, onion and garlic. Place zucchini mixture in an 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with reserved cracker mixture.
