- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- potato chips
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Topping:2 c. potato chips1/4 c. melted margarine Mix together potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine, salt, pepper, onion soup, sour cream and cheese. Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Combine chips and 1/4 cup margarine. Sprinkle over other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
