  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 2/3 c
  • butter
  • coconut - 1 c
  • orange juice - 1/4 c
  • sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. butter1/3 c. flour2/3 c. brown sugar1 c. coconut1/2 c. chopped pecans Beat all ingredients together. Pour into buttered dish. Add topping. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
