Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 32 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped ham optional - 1 c
- Stir well
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Combine potatoes, butter, ham, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir well. Spoon into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.Topping:2 c. corn flakes, crushed1/4 c. melted butter Mix.
