Ingredients/Components
- 6 c - 2 lb
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted butter - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook squash and onions in boiling water 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup, sour cream and carrots; fold in squash and onion. Combine stuffing with butter. Spread 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Spoon zucchini mixture over that. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.
